What forms of payment do you accept? What are my options?
You are welcome to submit payment by any of the following modes*:

*If you are giving payment to your cleaner, please place in a sealed NON-transparent envelope, and
make note of the date your services were performed.
PLEASE do not speak of details regarding your payments, or the amount, with your cleaners or anyone
other than an authorized representative.
What tasks do you perform and are/or included with your cleaning services?

For your convenience, we provide baseline standards—outlined in our service descriptions—to serve as a starting point. Our Cleaning Checklist clearly details the tasks performed at each level, allowing you to adjust the service to fit your exact requirements.
Even if you need help beyond standard cleaning, the decisions remain in your hands. While we provide a list of common tasks for reference, the services we deliver are guided entirely by your needs and carried out exactly as you specify.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
At All Shine Professional Cleaning, we come fully equipped, and all our products are safe for children and pets. With years of industry experience, we’ve carefully tested a wide range of products to identify the most effective and efficient options. This process has taught us which products deliver exceptional results and which fall short, allowing us to refine our selection for the best outcomes while protecting your belongings. If you have any sensitivities or preferences for specific products or equipment, we’re happy to accommodate your requests to ensure your comfort and complete satisfaction.
What's NOT included?
The only things not included are tasks you don’t request and that aren’t on our Cleaning Checklist. If a task is needed, accessible, and listed, we’ll take care of it! If it’s not on the list but you’d like it done, just let us know. We’re here to handle what you want done, not just what the Checklist specifies.
Is there a cancelation fee?
At All Shine Professional Cleaning, we strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules with flexibility. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please note the following:
● No charge will be applied if you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled appointment.
● Cancellations made 3 days prior will incur a fee of 25% of the original cleaning cost.
● Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 60% of the cleaning cost.
This policy helps us manage scheduling efficiently and ensures fair compensation for the time reserved for your service. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that slot to another client, resulting in potential lost income. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Is there an estimate fee?
At All Shine Professional Cleaning, we understand the importance of clear and cost-effective service estimates. For initial quotes provided online or over the phone, which do not involve direct expenses, we are happy to offer these complimentary. As a dedicated local business, we invest our time to ensure you receive the best possible estimate at no charge.
For in-person estimates that involve actual costs, such as travel, we charge $30 to offset these expenses. However, if you choose to book our services, the cost of your estimate will be credited toward your first cleaning, effectively making the estimate free.
How much experience/ how long have you been doing this?

Do I Need to Be Present During Cleaning?
That is entirely your choice—whether to be home or away during cleanings. Here’s our perspective:
Preferred Scenario: We actually prefer that you aren’t home during cleanings. Why? Because things can get re-dirtied or cluttered while we work, and our goal is to leave your home fully sanitized and organized. Plus, we love the “ta da!” moment when our clients walk into their fresh-smelling, polished, and spotless home.
Understanding Your Preferences: We completely understand that some clients prefer to stay home until trust is established or for other reasons. If you’d like to be present, that’s perfectly fine too! After all, it’s your home, and the choice is entirely yours.
Whether you’re there to witness the transformation or prefer to return to a delightful surprise, we’re here to accommodate your needs!
What if I'm not satisfied with the work done?

With sanitization always a top priority, it goes without saying that we don’t use the same cleaning cloths for your toilet as we do for your kitchen table! This careful approach is applied throughout your entire home. Even for similar tasks, like dusting, we frequently change cloths to ensure proper cleanliness. This practice not only upholds sanitization standards but also makes our work more efficient—after all, it’s hard to dust with a dirty rag.
We also use color-coded cloths to reduce any risk of cross-contamination, assigning specific colors to specific tasks. These protocols and procedures have been refined over years of experience and are second nature to our team. With All Shine Professional Cleaning, you never have to wonder if your home is truly clean versus just looking clean—you’ll know by how your home looks, smells, and feels!
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
A Certificate of Insurance, showing our professional liability coverage, is available for your review if you wish. You can have peace of mind knowing that all of your belongings are protected in the unlikely event of damage caused by All Shine Professional Cleaning. Although state laws in Idaho do not require licensure for many of the tasks we perform, All Shine Professional Cleaning is a registered LLC with the Secretary of State and holds a registered EIN with the IRS. For any tasks that do legally require a licensed professional, you can rest assured that All Shine Professional Cleaning will assign a qualified individual with the proper credentials to complete the work.
